Life has its own unique journey, and it has been my passion to understand my own journey and to help others. This has led me to exploring working with youth, families and various systems that serve them. During this process my interest grew in providing support and building capacity in helping individuals to navigate their challenges and to help transform aspects of their lives. I’m truly invested in supporting my clients to put things into perspective and helping them to make sense of their own realities and situations. I specialize in the emotional well-being of all individuals specializing in racialized communities.
