Ben is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Ben has also volunteered as a group facilitator at Durham Community Care for three years. He has training in support group facilitation for a variety of mental health populations. Ben also has experience providing support for athletes surrounding issues with perfectionism and anxiety.
