I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, with a clinical focus on anxiety-related conditions, including Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have experience supporting individuals who feel caught in cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, and overwhelming anxiety, helping them move toward greater clarity, control, and confidence in their daily lives.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, alongside Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs, combining structured, practical strategies with deeper work around thoughts, emotions, and values.
In our work together, clients can expect more than just conversation. I emphasize clear psychoeducation, actionable tools, and step-by-step guidance to help you face fears, reduce compulsions, and build long-term resilience. Therapy is paced collaboratively, ensuring you feel both supported and appropriately challenged as you move forward.
I am particularly passionate about helping individuals who feel “stuck” reclaim their sense of agency and live more fully in alignment with what matters most to them. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where meaningful change feels possible. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honoured to support you in your journey.
