I am a therapist and executive coach with a distinctive background spanning mental health, leadership, and business operations. I support adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, imposter syndrome, work-life strain, role transitions, and the pressures that often come with high responsibility. I am especially well suited to working with professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, high-performance athletes, and other high-achieving individuals who want both emotional support and practical insight.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded. I draw on my clinical training in social work, my doctoral training in business administration, decades of experience supporting leaders in complex organizational environments, and my experience as an athlete competing at the international level. This allows me to help clients not only process what they are going through, but also better understand themselves, strengthen coping strategies, improve decision-making, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree with a mental health specialization, and a PhD with an emphasis in Business Administration, with advanced study in leadership, strategy, organizational behaviour, and human systems. My work is informed by both therapeutic depth and a strong understanding of the personal and professional demands many clients face.
My areas of focus include: - Burnout and performance pressure - Anxiety and Stress Management in high performers (e.g. Founders; executives; high-performance athletes) - Leadership and career transition - Mental health in leadership - Work-related anxiety - Workplace conflict and toxic culture - Identity, self-worth, and impostor syndrome - Post-layoff adjustment - Work-life balance - Setting and achieving performance goals - Mental resilience
