I am a Supervised Psychotherapy Intern and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO, currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, where I majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology. I provide therapy under the clinical supervision of Tamara Fernandez, creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.
My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, and I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while remaining flexible and responsive to your individual needs. Together, we can identify practical strategies, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make in your life.
I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents, young adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also practice from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens, recognizing the important role that personal, cultural, and relational experiences can play in mental health.
My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen resilience, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned with who you are.
