I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University and working as a therapist-in-training under clinical supervision. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, where I majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and collaboration, with a focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences openly.
I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while maintaining a flexible and adaptive approach to best support your individual needs. My work focuses on understanding your experiences while also identifying practical ways to move forward. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop coping strategies, and take small, meaningful steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.
I have a particular interest in working with adolescents, young adults and individuals navigating anxiety, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also practice from a trauma-informed and culturally responsive perspective, recognizing the impact of personal, cultural, and relational factors on mental health.
My goal is to support you in making sense of your experiences, building resilience, and creating a path forward that feels aligned with who you are.
