I help teens, young adults, athletes, and high performers work through anxiety, burnout, trauma, low confidence, and identity stress. I am especially passionate about supporting parents of teen boys and student athletes who may be carrying more pressure than they show on the outside.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT, trauma-informed care, person-centred therapy, and performance psychology to help clients better understand what they are experiencing, develop healthier coping tools, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
My perspective is shaped by both training and lived experience. After surviving a severe traumatic brain injury and coma, I rebuilt my life, returned to professional basketball, and earned graduate degrees in psychology and counselling. That journey gave me a deep appreciation for resilience, recovery, and the courage it takes to keep going after hardship.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, relationships, life transitions, athlete mental health, and performance pressure. Whether you are a parent looking for support for your teen, a student athlete trying to manage stress, or a high performer feeling stuck, I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward.
