After years of working with youth and young adults in residential care, I discovered where my true passion lies: helping people navigate life’s heaviest moments and find their way forward. Driven by this purpose, I have returned to graduate studies in psychotherapy to bring a deeper, structured level of support to those in need.
While I am currently completing my clinical training, I bring years of hands-on experience mentoring individuals and guiding staff through high-stress, complex situations. I have experience working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, those facing major life transitions with fear or uncertainty, and those who feel stuck or disconnected from hope.
My approach is rooted in genuine empathy, deep listening, and a non-judgmental space where you can speak freely. You are the expert of your own life, my role as your therapist is to walk alongside you, help you quiet the internal noise, and support you in rediscovering your goals. Through a mix of specialized clinical education, professional experience, and real-life wisdom, together we will gain the clarity and insights you need to move forward with confidence.
